I move:
(1) That paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 1 of the Finance (Excise Duties) (Vehicles) Act, 1952, shall be amended by the substitution of "three pounds or less" for "five shillings".
(2) That the foregoing provision of this Resolution shall have effect as on and from the 1st day of March, 1966.
