It is proposed to erect new Garda stations in County Westmeath at Ballinahown, Ballynacargy, Delvin, Glasson, Kilbeggan, Kinnegad, Moate and Multyfarnham.
Improvement schemes are planned for the existing stations at Ballymore, Castletowngeoghegan, Rathowen and Castlepollard.
Apart from the replacements and improvements which I have mentioned, I am satisfied as to the adequacy of Garda accommodation in County Westmeath.
When will all this building start?
It is under way at the moment

It is proposed to erect new Garda stations in County Longford at Ballinalee, Ballymahon, Carrickboy, Drumlish, Edgeworthstown, Newtownforbes and Keenagh.
An improvements scheme is planned for the existing station at Smear and the question of improving or replacing Longford station is being considered.
Apart from the replacements and improvements which I have mentioned, I am satisfied as to the adequacy of Garda accommodation in County Longford.
Will much of this work be done during the current financial period?

asked the Minister for Justice if he has any plans for the erection of a new Garda station at Millstreet, County Cork.
It is proposed to erect a new Garda station at this centre. The Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Finance has told me that the Commissioners of Public Works are at present seeking a suitable site.
