Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Imports of Cereals.
With your permission, Sir, I propose to circulate in the Official Report a statement showing particulars of imports of unmilled cereals in each year 1950 to 1964 and in the period January-August 1965, the latest period for which detailed statistics are available.
It is anticipated that imports of these commodities in the period September-December 1965 will be approximately as follows: Wheat (millable) 95,000 tons, Oats 7,000 tons, Maize 35,000 tons, Milo maize and/or feed wheat 50,000 tons.
