Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin Public Libraries.

53.

asked the Minister for Local Government what further developments have taken place with regard to the proposals for the erection of public libraries in the Crumlin and Drimnagh areas, Dublin.

The Dublin Corporation's proposals for the provision of library facilities for the Crumlin and Drimnagh areas were set out in reply to a question by the Deputy on 20th May last. I understand that plans have been prepared and are at present under consideration by the corporation for the proposed branch library at Dolphin's Barn and that the construction of the mobile libraries is nearing completion.
