asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state in respect of loan charges and Exchequer subsidies payable under the Housing of the working Classes Acts in a recent year for each urban housing authority not town commissioners, (1) the loan charges, and (2) the Exchequer subsidies, expressing (2) as a percentage of (1).

Following are the amounts of subsidy paid in the financial year 1963-64 to urban housing authorities:
