Vol. 219 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Wicklow Estate.

114.

asked the Minister for Lands when it is proposed to allot the Flaherty estate, Drummond, Carnew, County Wexford which has recently been acquired by the Land Commission.

This 50 acre property has not in fact passed into possession of the Land Commission. The position is the owner's objection to the acquisition proceedings has been disallowed and negotiations are at the price stage but not yet concluded. Accordingly the matter of allotment does not yet arise.
