Committee on Finance. - Messages from Seanad.

Seanad Éireann has agreed to the amendments made by Dáil Éireann to Seanad Amendments Nos. 37 and 38 to the Succession Bill, 1965 and to the two consequential amendments made by Dáil Éireann to the Bill.

Seanad Éireann has accepted the Central Fund (Permanent Provisions) Bill, 1965.

The Dáil is adjourning now until Tuesday, 25th January. At the request of the Taoiseach, a special sitting will be held on Tuesday, 4th January. At this sitting, business will be confined to a motion relating to the Agreement between the Government of Ireland and the Government of the United Kingdom. There will, of course, be no questions.

The Dáil adjourned at 7.10 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Tuesday, 25th January, 1966.
