asked the Minister for Lands when it is intended to divide the Fallon Estate, Ballyglass, Rahara, County Roscommon, as a number of smallholders are anxious to get portions of land out of this Estate.

Arrangements for the formulation of a scheme are being pushed forward as rapidly as possible and it is hoped that the lands, comprising upwards of 90 acres, will be allotted this spring.

How long has it been in the hands of the Land Commission?

This was an exchange agreement. It was originally negotiated in 1962 but there were many difficulties in providing a house for the migrant in question.
