Income Tax Bill, 1966: First Stage.

Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to consolidate enactments relating to income tax and sur-tax, including certain enactments relating also to corporation profits tax.

The following certificate by the Attorney General was submitted:
In pursuance of Standing Order 108 of the Standing Orders of Dáil Éireann relative to public business, I, Colm Condon, Attorney General, hereby certify that the Income Tax Bill, 1966, is a Bill to consolidate enactments relating to income tax and sur-tax, including certain enactments relating also to corporation profits tax.
