Vol. 221 No. 8

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Offaly Telephone Service.

63.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will provide an extra line in order to expedite phone calls from Cloghan to Banagher, County Offaly, a distance of five miles; and if he is aware that one subscriber recently had two calls made to Cork while waiting for a call from one area to the other; and what steps will be taken to deal with this matter.

Three additional trunk outlets from Cloghan will be provided within the next few months. The service on calls to Banagher should then be satisfactory.
