I move:
That it is expedient to make provision for the charging of fees by the Commissioner of Valuation and for the charging by county registrars of such fees as may be prescribed by the Minister for Justice with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance under any Act of the present session to amend the law relating to landlord and tenant.
