I am not aware of any such plans. I understand that housing development is proposed by Dublin Corporation on the following sites in adjacent areas—Constitution Hill, 90 dwellings; Queen Street/Blackhall Parade, 90 dwellings; Smithfield/Friary Avenue, 30 dwellings.
