I am not in a position at present to say when this tender will be sanctioned as the cottage is not included in the works which the housing authority have decided to carry out on the basis of their provisional housing capital allocation for the current financial year.
I am, however, notifying the council of a supplementary allocation and it will be open to them to review the position regarding this cottage and any other proposals which may be on hands at the present time.
