Vol. 223 No. 14

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Building Permission.

19.

asked the Minister for Local Government if, where building permission is granted to the owner of lands and the owner subsequently sells the lands, the building permission passes to the purchaser without restriction.

The answer to the Deputy's question is yes, unless any restriction to the contrary is imposed when the permission is granted.

The restrictions would pass, too?

They would, yes, if they were included at the time.
