asked the Minister for Transport and Power if his Department have received any complaints during the past 12 months of excessive prices being charged in certain Dublin restaurants; and, if so, what action he has taken, or proposes to take, in the matter.

No complaints have been received in my Department during the past 12 months about the prices being charged in Dublin restaurants.

There is no provision in the Tourist Traffic Acts for the registration of restaurants or for the control of prices in restaurants.
