Vol. 225 No. 8

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin Planning Decisions.

77.

asked the Minister for Local Government the number of cases in which he has reversed the decisions of the Dublin City Manager under the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963.

The Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963, came into operation on 1st October, 1964. Since that date permission has been granted unconditionally in 90 cases where appeals were made against refusals of permission for development in Dublin County Borough. Permission was granted subject to conditions in a further 89 cases. These decisions include appeals made before the Act came into operation but which fell to be determined under the Act.
