asked the Minister for Health if, having regard to the large number of persons in St. Patrick's Hospital, James's Street, Dublin, in respect of whom the Dublin Health Authority has a liability, he will have steps taken to increase the approved daily rate of payment under section 25 of the Health Act, 1953, to the average daily cost of maintaining patients in St. Brendan's Hospital.
I do not consider that I would be justified in applying special conditions in regard to the payment to be made under section 25 of the Health Act, 1953, in respect of Dublin patients in St. Patrick's Hospital.
