asked the Minister for Lands if the Cooga House Estate, Doon, County Limerick has been acquired by the Land Commission; and, if so, when it is proposed to have it divided among the local smallholders.

Proceedings were instituted recently for the acquisition of this 164 acre property. The appropriate statutory notices have been published and will be served on the owner at an early date.
