Vol. 229 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Major Fishery Harbours.

12.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries when he expects to introduce legislation for the operation and development of the five major fishery harbours.

If time permits, I intend to introduce the necessary legislation before the end of the present session.

The Minister is failing in every respect.

We could not hear the reply the Minister read out.

Does the Deputy want to hear it again?

We could not hear the Minister.

I asked if Deputies want to hear it again.

I did not hear it: I am sorry.

How could the Deputy hear it? He is up and buzzing about so much.

The Minister did not raise his voice.

Give him a loudspeaker.

Will the Minister answer the question again because I did not hear what he said when he read it out the first time?

I shall do if the Deputy will sit down and listen. He will observe that I am on my feet. I am not standing up just to air myself.

There are other questions to be answered.

Not by me. The answer which I have already read out to Question No. 12 is:

If time permits, I intend to introduce the necessary legislation before the end of the present session.
