Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide for the establishment and operation at certain harbours of centres in which to promote, develop and carry on sea fishing, the processing, packing and selling of fish, the manufacture of products derived from fish and related activities and to provide for matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
