Vol. 230 No. 7

Issue of Writ: West Limerick By-Election.

I move:

That the Ceann Comhairle direct the Clerk of the Dáil to issue his Writ for the election of a member to fill the vacancy which has occurred in the membership of the present Dáil consequent on the death of Deputy James J. Collins, a member for the County Constituency of West Limerick.

Would the Minister for Local Government be able to tell us when approximately he will announce the date of these elections?

I will be able to announce them tomorrow.

He has not given them a thought.

Tomorrow?

Tomorrow.

Question put and agreed to.
