asked the Minister for Finance whether the Office of Public Works have been providing fittings for and carrying out alternations to the building rented by them at Colmstock House, Dublin; and the cost of such renovations and additions since the Office of Public Works moved in there.

The building at 72-76 St. Stephen's Green has been adapted by the Office of Public Works to provide accommodation for the Department of Justice, the Office of the Paymaster General and other sections of the Department of Finance, the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General, the Estate Duty Office, and the Central Savings Committee. The total cost of the adaptation work is approximately £60,000.
