Vol. 232 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dundalk House Grants.

72.

asked the Minister for Local Government why grants overdue for a considerable period of time in respect of a new house in Dundalk, County Louth (particulars supplied) have not yet been paid.

The applicant in this case was informed by my Department two years ago of serious defects in this house. On 23rd January my Department was notified that all the defects had been remedied and a further inspection is now being arranged. In the meantime no grant is being paid.
