Vol. 232 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Chapelizod (Dublin) Houses.

13.

(Dublin) asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware that many houses in Chapelizod, County Dublin are in a poor state of repair; and what are the plans for building municipal houses in the district.

I understand from Dublin Corporation that there are 12 houses in Chapelizod which are regarded by them as unfit for human habitation; that they are negotiating for the acquisition of a housing site in the area; and that the possibility of acquiring further sites there is being investigated.
