Vol. 232 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Teachers for Meath School.

17.

asked the Minister for Education what provisions are being made to provide adequate teachers for Clonalvey National School, County Meath; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am satisfied that the Manager is taking all reasonable steps to secure suitable qualified teachers for the school.

His difficulty in the matter derives from the fact that both the teachers who were in the school left well after the school-year had begun and at a time when teachers generally were settled in posts.
