I move:
That where any Act of the present session to amend the law relating to inland revenue and to make further provisions in connection with finance includes provisions for the taxation of profits or gains from dealing in or developing land which are in substitution for Chapter VII of Part IV of the Income Tax Act, 1967, it may authorise in certain cases charges additional to those which could have been made under the said Chapter VII.
