asked the Taoiseach the total value of emigrants' remittances as credit movements on Ireland's balance of international payments for each of the years 1961 to 1967, distinguishing between (a) emigrants in Great Britain and the Six Counties, and (b) emigrants in other countries.

With your permission, Sir, I propose to circulate in the Official Report a statement setting out the particulars required for the years 1961 to 1966. Corresponding figures for 1967 are not yet available.
