Business of Dáil.

I move:

(1) That consideration of Government business today and tomorrow be not interrupted at the time fixed for taking private Members' business.

(2) That the proceedings on the Second Stage of the Third Amendment of the Constitution Bill, 1968 (including the Order naming the day for Third Stage) if not previously brought to a conclusion shall be brought to a conclusion at 10.30 p.m. tomorrow by putting from the Chair forthwith and successively the questions necessary to bring them to a conclusion;

(3) That the Second Stage of the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution Bill, 1968 (including the Order naming the day for Third Stage) shall then be taken and the questions necessary to bring to a conclusion the proceedings thereon decided without further debate.

(4) That Members as indicated hereunder shall be called on tomorrow by the Chair to speak in the debate on the Bills not later than the time specified:

(a) 7 p.m., a member nominated by the Labour Party,

(b) 8 p.m., a member nominated by Fine Gael, and

(c) 9 p.m., The Taoiseach.
