The Deputy is not correct in stating that there are 50 vacant houses in this scheme. In fact the scheme consists of only 32 houses built by the National Building Agency at the request of Ballingarry Collieries (Production) Ltd., and leased to that company. I understand that 15 houses are at present tenanted by employees of the company. The possibility of disposing of the unoccupied houses for the rehousing of those in need in the area has been raised with the Agency and is at present being explored.
