My Department also employs four local agents in the area. These are Mrs. M. Davern, Cashel; Mr. J. O'Keeffe, Clonmel; Mr. N. Keating, Fethard and Mr. J. Corcoran, Ballingarry. In addition, certain functions of my Department are performed on an agency basis by the following local offices of the Department of Labour—

Clonmel Employment Exchange: Manager—Mr. T. Laoidhleis and 5 clerical staff.

Cahir Employment Office: Branch Manager—Miss A. Smyth.

Carrick-on-Suir Employment Office: Branch Manager—Mr. R. Dalton.

Cashel Employment Office: Branch Manager—Mrs. A. O'Grady.

Tipperary Employment Office: Branch Manager—Mr. P. McGrath.

In the case of local agencies and employment offices the provision of clerical assistance would be a matter for the agent or branch manager.
