Vol. 234 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Cork Kiosks.

7.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will have a telephone kiosk erected at Carrigmahon, Monkstown, County Cork, for the convenience of the local people.

There has been no change in the position at Carrigmahon, Monkstown, since the Deputy's Question on 7th November last. The area is adequately catered for by the existing public telephone facilities.

8.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will have a telephone kiosk erected at Rockingham, Passage West, County Cork, for the convenience of the local people.

As indicated in my reply to a similar Question last November, a kiosk is being erected at Passage West. It is hoped to bring it into service later this year.
