asked the Minister for Social Welfare why a person (details supplied) in Dublin is not entitled to unemployment benefit.

The person to whom the question relates is not entitled to unemployment benefit because it was decided, after an appeal hearing, that she did not satisfy the statutory condition of being available for employment.
