asked the Minister for External Affairs what action the Government have taken on Resolution (67) 11 adopted on 29th June, 1967, by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe and relating to co-operation between European law libraries.

The recommendations contained at sub-paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Resolutions are being implemented and the recommendations at sub-paragraphs 3 and 4 are under consideration.

asked the Minister for External Affairs what action the Government have taken on Resolution (67) 15 adopted on 29th June, 1967, by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe and relating to the contribution of the Council of Europe to the International Human Rights Year, 1968.

The Government's plans, as published in the press last January, for the celebration of the International Year for Human Rights are generally in line with the terms of the recommendations contained in Resolution (67) 15.
