asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when it is intended to issue the commemorative stamp for the centenary year of James Connolly's birth.

It is expected that the stamp will be ready for issue towards the end of September.

What value of Stamps?

Sixpence and one shilling.

Why not the ordinary fivepenny one?

It is tied up with the definitive issue which we hope to have a short time before that. It is a matter of trying to get it on the range covered.
