I would refer the Deputy to my reply to his question regarding this school on 13th December, 1967.
The reverend manager subsequently suggested that a new central school be erected at Ballinskelligs and, as a result, the future educational facilities to be provided in the Ballinskelligs and Glen school districts are being investigated by my Department.
The further preliminary arrangements for the erection of the new Glen school are in abeyance pending the outcome of the investigation which, it is hoped, will be brought to conclusion at an early date.
