andMr. M. O'Leary asked the Minister for Local Government when he will sanction a water scheme for Ballymanus, Glenealy, County Wicklow.

On 15th May, 1968, I asked Wicklow County Council to submit certain additional technical data to enable their proposals for a water supply extension to Ballymanus, Glenealy to receive consideration. This is awaited.

When the Minister gets that, will he sanction it?

It will be considered when it is received.

andMr. M. O'Leary asked the Minister for Local Government when he will sanction a water scheme for Knockrobbin, Rathnew, County Wicklow.

andMr. M. O'Leary asked the Minister for Local Government when he will sanction a water scheme for Bohana, Rathdrum, County Wicklow.

With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 12 and 13 together.

Wicklow County Council's proposals for water supply extensions to serve Knockrobbin and Bohana are, at present, under consideration in my Department. I am not in a position to say when decisions thereon are likely to issue.

There are no proposals before my Department for a water scheme from Rathnew to Ballinapark, Ashford, County Wicklow.
