Vol. 235 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Waterford Maternity Service.

44.

asked the Minister for Health whether he has received complaints on behalf of persons in the middle income group concerning the way the maternity service available under the Health Acts is administered by Waterford Health Authority; and if he will have the matter investigated by his Department.

I have received representations from the Deputy on behalf of two maternity patients and I have replied clarifying the position in one case. I am having inquiries made in relation to the other.
