Vol. 235 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Local Authority Loans.

36.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state, for each local authority, for the financial year 1968-69 the amount of loans for (a) local authority housing, and (b) water and sewerage schemes.

It is not possible at this stage to say what other loans will be sanctioned for these purposes before the end of 1968.

It should be noted specially that the amount of loans sanctioned in any case is not an indication either of the capital allocation for that local authority or of the schemes sanctioned.
