asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce what allegations of dumping of goods in this country by foreign exporters have been investigated by the commission established for that purpose.

No allegations of dumping have yet been considered by An Coimisiún Dumpála, established under the Imposition of Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) Act. This Act became law on the 5th of this month, and consideration is at present being given to the appointment of the members of the Commission.
