Vol. 236 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Limerick Manpower Survey.

43.

asked the Minister for Labour if in view of the decision to establish an industrial estate at Limerick city he will make arrangements for carrying out a manpower survey in the Limerick area; and, if not, why.

I am not in a position to arrange for the carrying out of a manpower survey of the Limerick area, or in any other area, at present. Persons qualified to direct such surveys are very scarce and the personnel engaged on the Waterford and Galway surveys will be fully occupied on those surveys for quite some time ahead.
