Vol. 236 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Kerry Coast Erosion.

56.

asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware of sea erosion at Kerries West, Tralee, County Kerry, which is causing considerable damage to the holding of a person (name supplied); and if he will make funds available to restore the protective wall there.

A proposal for the repair of a sea wall in this area has been received by the Commissioners of Public Works from Kerry County Council under the Coast Protection Act, 1963, but the proposal has not yet been investigated.
