Vol. 236 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin Dispensary Doctors.

54.

asked the Minister for Health the number of dispensary doctors at present employed in Dublin city.

The number is 62.

Would the Minister think that number of dispensary doctors adequate to cater for 116,000 recipients of medical cards, considering the service is operated on a part-time basis?

That is not a question I can——

The Minister knows quite well there is not a sufficient number of dispensary doctors.
