Vol. 236 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Domiciliary Nursing Assistants.

72.

asked the Minister for Health if he is aware that payment by health authorities to domiciliary nursing assistants caring for aged people is not provided for under the Health Acts; and if he will take steps to make financial provision for this very essential service.

I intend making provision for home helps of this nature in the legislation which will be introduced shortly.
