As I indicated in my reply to the Deputy's question of 24th April last, the contractors sought a deferment of the start of the works. This was subsequently agreed to and the works are due to be commenced next April.
Could it not be started now?
It would not be desirable to start it now.
About next Spring. A lot of things will be happening next Spring.
