It is proposed to take Nos. 4, 3 and 5 and motion No. 46. Motion No. 46 is to be taken with Nos. 3 and 5 by agreement. It has also been agreed that I will commence with No. 4, the Financial Statement, and that the usual budgetary procedure will then be followed with a short statement from the Leaders of each of the Opposition Parties and that the necessary Financial Resolutions will be completed by 6 p.m. Then we shall proceed to discuss Nos. 3, 5 and 46.
