asked the Minister for Education if it is proposed to close Dunsany school, County Meath; and, if so, (a) how many children are on the rolls, (b) to what school they are to be transferred, (c) if all the children at present on the rolls in Dunsany will get free transport and (d) if pupils from the Dunsany catchment area will get free transportation in future.

There are approximately 54 pupils on rolls at Dunsany school at present. A proposal to close Dunsany school and to have all the pupils of the school district conveyed by free transport to Kilmessan school is at present under consideration.
