Vol. 237 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Kerry Pier.

24.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries if a winch will be provided at Cromane Pier, Killorglin, County Kerry to facilitate fishermen in the area; and if the docks will be cleared to make handling and berthing easier.

I have already arranged for the regrading and redecking of the existing slip at Cromane and for the construction of a new double slip north of the existing one, at an estimated cost of £7,700 towards which a State grant of £5,775 has been approved. I will now have the Deputy's suggestions for two additional works examined.
