Radio Telefís Éireann is the only such body under my jurisdiction.
The particulars requested by the Deputy, as at the 31st March, 1968, are as follows:—
(a) Repayable advances totalling £1,851,000 have been made from the Exchequer under Section 23 of the Broadcasting Authority Act, 1960. Property valued at £249,000 was also transferred to the Authority under Section 32 of the same Act. The bank overdraft was £40,765, total debt £2,140,765.
(b) £113,213 in 1967/68.
