189.

asked the Minister for Lands the number of forestry workers at each forest and the average revised bonus earnings in a week in January, 1969 following the commencement of the 25 per cent adjustment.

190.

asked the Minister for Lands the number of forestry workers in receipt of service pay in January, 1969 in the form of a reply of 31st October, 1968.

For convenience I have combined replies to questions numbered 189 and 190 in the Schedule below. Details of bonus earnings are now produced on a quarterly basis and the figures shown represent the new bonus rate applied to average productivity for the quarter ended 31st December, 1969. The figures in respect of service pay refer to the week ended 20th December, 1968— the last week for which figures are available.
