It is the responsibility of the authorities of the college to make all necessary arrangements for the transfer of the college to Belfield. This will be phased over a period according as building and facilities become available. In this connection, I understand that it is the intention of the college authorities that as soon as it is practicable all Arts, Commerce and Law teaching shall be carried out at Belfield. This will involve evening degree students attending there.
